Now after John was arrested, Jesus came to Galilee,
proclaiming the good news of God, and saying,
‘The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God has come near;
repent, and believe in the good news.’Postquam autem traditus est Joannes, venit Jesus in Galilaeam,
praedicans Evangelium regni Dei,
et dicens: Quoniam impletum est tempus, et appropinquavit regnum Dei:

The Lord’s Prayer
We can say the Lord’s Prayer in any language or version we choose.

Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name.
Your Kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our sins,
as we forgive those
who sin against us.
Lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
For the kingdom,
the power and the glory are yours,
now and for ever.
Amen.
